rmking8 does not charge processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may have their own charges that are beyond our control. Users are advised to check the terms of their respective providers.

All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). If a deposit is made in another currency, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

rmking8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for review if there are signs of suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with these terms. This process may require additional verification before funds are released.

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by rmking8 are subject to eligibility conditions and wagering requirements. Users are advised to read the conditions of each offer before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus: rmking8 offers a 200% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount received. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met. All bets placed using a bonus balance are restricted to eligible games only.

rmking8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or void winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, bonus hedging, or any related form of fraud.

VIP Programme: rmking8 VIP programme members are entitled to weekly cashback based on their membership tier, from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and no wagering requirement applies to the cashback amount.

Accepted User Conduct

rmking8 users are required to behave responsibly and ethically at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system errors, or vulnerabilities in the game software
• Fraud, including the use of credit card or bank account information that does not belong to you
• Harassment, threats, or offensive language in customer support channels
• Making false claims or submitting forged identity documents
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account

rmking8 reserves the right to take appropriate action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or balance freezing if any of the above prohibitions are breached. rmking8's decision is final in all matters relating to terms violations.
